In 'The Truth about Sugar' you can read all about the stable blood sugar - facts, myths, possibilities, concrete recommendations and direct effects

The book is based on both the latest research and textbook material, giving a solid knowledge of how sugar affects your body in different situations, allowing you to steer clear of lifestyle diseases, cure them or alleviate the symptoms.

‘The Truth about sugar’ consists of four parts.

PART 1: SUGAR IN SOCIETY
The first part of the book replaces the harmful dogmas and myths about sugar with concrete knowledge. You get a new perspective on your health and conscience, and you get to look at your choices and decisions differently in relation to norms and the expectations of others.

PART 2: SUGAR IN THE BODY
In the second part of the book you will learn all about sugar, sugar in foods and the interaction of sugar with your body. You will be able to understand why a stable blood sugar is your best option for more energy, your well-being, your best protection against, for example, diabetes 2 and your best friend in the fight for a stable weight loss. You will also be introduced to your ‘BIOLOGIC’, which is your GPS in the sugar jungle on the road to a stable blood sugar.

PART 3: SUGAR IN REALITY
The third part of the book is called ‘Sugar in Reality’. Here we make your BIOLOGIC usable in everyday life through, among other things, health analyzes of ordinary foods. At the same time, you will learn about all the doors that stable blood sugar opens for you – whether you are an athlete, active, inactive, sick or healthy.

PART 4: YOUR GUIDES TO A LIFE WITH SUGAR
The fourth and final part of the book consists of two guides to your life with sugar. The first guide shows you in six steps over seven days the best way to a healthy and stable blood sugar without hunger and nutritional deprivation. Then there is another guide that will help you choose a sugar strategy that is perfect for you.

How you read The Truth About Sugar is entirely up to you.

If you read the book from end to end, you will know all the possibilities that life with care for blood sugar gives you – it does not matter if you train purposefully for the Olympic Games or are chronically ill. With the book’s full weight behind you, you have a foundation that enables you to control future situations where caring for your blood sugar can be particularly crucial to your health.

If you are impatient to get started quickly with a blood sugar stable period, you can scroll directly to chapter 11, where you will find the guide to the stable blood sugar. Just be aware that you get the most out of the guide if you base the seven days on the foundation of the entire book.

Throughout the book, I have inserted reflection boxes that can help you separate your real knowledge of sugar from your attitudes, feelings, and actions. With that knowledge, you can avoid all the sugar that you do not enjoy anyway, and you can avoid sugar being allowed to maintain disease in your body.

I wish you a lot of fun with the book!
